Lars as a mindfulness teacher has had a great and positive impact on my personal development. I have become more present, relaxed and my attention span is increased. In stressful situations, I can now quickly find my way back to calmness and focus. I look more clearly at what’s going on inside and around me. I find it easier to notice what I need and choose ways to feel good. Now I live much more in the present, I feel more and I feel better.
